Join us for a virtual workshop! "Know Your Rights: Protests, Police & Pandemics" is an interactive workshop that empowers individuals to take action and fight back against injustice. From street checks to online surveillance to pandemic restrictions, there are many situations that can threaten our rights, particularly for Black, Indigenous, or racialized people. BCCLA lawyers, Meghan McDermott and Carly Teillet will provide information on what your rights actually are and what you can do if you believe they have been violated.
